Last updated: 14 December 2025Contact: info@turbotrophy.com

These Challenge & Contest Rules (“Rules”) apply to all challenges, contests, arenas, tournaments, leaderboards, and prize promotions operated on the Turbo Trophy Service. Challenge-specific rules and disclosures shown in the Service form part of these Rules.

1. Sponsor / Organizer

  • Organizer / Sponsor: Turbo Trophy (“Turbo Trophy”)
  • Website: https://www.turbotrophy.com
  • Contact: info@turbotrophy.com

2. Eligibility and Void Where Prohibited

  • Participation is limited to persons who are 18 years or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and legally permitted to participate.

  • Participation is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

  • One account per person. Duplicate, shared, or fraudulent accounts may be disqualified.

  • Turbo Trophy may restrict participation and/or prize eligibility for employees, contractors, family members, and anyone involved in challenge administration, where appropriate.

3. Entry, Tickets, and Participation Limits

  • Entry requirements (including ticket costs) are displayed in the Service.

  • Tickets are required for certain entries and are deducted upon entry as displayed.

  • Challenges may enforce limits such as max total entries, max entries per user, max attempts per user, cooldowns, start/end windows, geographic restrictions, eligibility checks, and password protection.

  • Attempts beyond limits may be blocked or may be voided if entered in violation of the Rules.

4. Challenge Period and Rule Changes

  • Start/end times and eligibility windows are displayed per challenge.

  • Turbo Trophy may modify, suspend, or cancel a challenge for integrity, security, legal, or operational reasons. Where appropriate, we will provide notice in the Service.

  • If a challenge is cancelled prior to completion/finalization, used tickets may be refunded or re-credited in accordance with the Refund Policy and applicable law.

5. Scoring, Rankings, and Tie-Breaks

  • Scoring logic is displayed per challenge and may use skill-based metrics such as time, precision, accuracy, consistency, or composite scoring.

  • By default, tie-breaks are resolved by: higher score wins; if still tied, earliest valid submission wins, unless the challenge states otherwise.

  • Only validated results appear on leaderboards. Turbo Trophy may remove unverifiable or invalid results.

6. Integrity, Anti-Cheat, and Disqualification

Turbo Trophy may investigate and disqualify entries or participants where we reasonably believe there has been:
  • cheating, botting, macro use, scripted inputs, or automation providing an unfair advantage;

  • tampering with clients, memory, network traffic, or attempts to bypass limits and validation;

  • exploitation of bugs, unintended features, or security vulnerabilities;

  • collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation of leaderboards;

  • identity fraud, multi-accounting, account sharing, or prize fraud; or

  • violation of these Rules, the Terms of Use, the Fairness Policy, or applicable law.
Disqualification may include score invalidation, removal from leaderboards, prize forfeiture, suspension, and/or account termination, subject to applicable law.

7. Prizes, Winner Verification, and Publicity

  • Prize descriptions, quantities, and estimated values (if applicable) are displayed per challenge.
  • Winners are determined based on validated rankings at finalization.
  • Turbo Trophy may require identity/eligibility verification (including age/residency/account ownership) prior to awarding prizes. Failure to verify within the stated timeframe may result in forfeiture where permitted by law.
  • Prizes are personal and non-transferable unless Turbo Trophy explicitly states otherwise.
  • Where legally permissible, winners may be listed publicly (e.g., username, avatar, challenge title) on leaderboards and “Hall of Fame” pages.

8. Taxes and Compliance

  • Winners are responsible for any taxes, duties, declarations, or fees associated with prizes, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

  • Turbo Trophy may require tax forms or declarations where legally required.

9. Limitation and Release (Where Permitted)

To the extent permitted by law, participants agree that Turbo Trophy is not responsible for entries lost due to technical failures, network issues, or third-party outages, and that Turbo Trophy’s determinations regarding validity and rankings are final subject to mandatory law.

10. Governing Documents

These Rules supplement:
  • the Terms of Use;
  • the Privacy Policy;
  • the Fairness Policy;
  • the Prize Fulfillment Rules; and
  • the Refund Policy.
In case of conflict, the Terms of Use prevail unless mandatory law requires otherwise or the applicable challenge explicitly provides otherwise.
