These Prize Fulfillment Rules describe how Turbo Trophy verifies winners and delivers prizes. They supplement the Terms of Use and Challenge & Contest Rules.
1. Winner Confirmation and Finalization
- Winners are determined based on published challenge rules and final validated rankings.
- Rankings may be provisional until integrity review is complete. Prizes are not finalized until Turbo Trophy marks the challenge as finalized and confirms winners.
2. Eligibility and Verification
To protect integrity, Turbo Trophy may require verification before awarding or shipping prizes, including:
- proof of age and identity;
- proof of residency/eligibility (where required);
- confirmation of account ownership; and
- anti-fraud checks and compliance screening.
3. Prize Types
Prizes may include, depending on the challenge:- physical items;
- digital items, codes, credits, or benefits; and/or
- other rewards described in the Service.
4. Fulfillment Timelines (Typical)
- Digital prizes/credits: typically delivered within 7 business days after verification.
- Physical prizes: typically dispatched within 14–30 business days after verification, depending on region and supplier availability.
5. Shipping, Customs, and Delivery
- Where available, Turbo Trophy may provide shipment tracking.
- Winners are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Turbo Trophy is not responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees may apply and are the winner’s responsibility unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
6. Taxes and Reporting
- Winners are responsible for taxes, declarations, or filings associated with prizes, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
- Turbo Trophy may require tax forms or declarations where legally required and may withhold prizes until required documentation is provided.
7. Prize Substitution and Unavailability
- If a prize becomes unavailable or cannot reasonably be delivered (e.g., safety, legal restrictions, supplier discontinuation), Turbo Trophy may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, or provide an alternative form of compensation where permitted by law.
8. Unclaimed Prizes and Forfeiture
Turbo Trophy may treat a prize as unclaimed and forfeit it where permitted by law if:
- the winner does not respond to reasonable contact attempts;
- verification is not completed within the applicable timeframe;
- delivery cannot be completed due to winner-provided information errors; or
- the winner is disqualified due to fraud, cheating, or rule violations.
9. Damage, Loss, and Carrier Issues
- For physical prizes, risk transfers upon delivery to the carrier, subject to mandatory law.
- Winners should inspect packages upon receipt and report obvious damage or missing items within 5 business days.
- Turbo Trophy may assist with carrier claims where feasible but does not guarantee replacement where prohibited by law or where the carrier rejects the claim.
10. Privacy
Shipping and verification require processing personal data (e.g., name, address, identity documentation). Such processing is described in the Privacy Policy and is used only to the extent necessary for fulfillment, compliance, and integrity.
