Turbo Trophy is built around competitive integrity. This Fairness Policy describes how we keep challenges transparent, prevent abuse, validate results, and handle disputes.
1. Skill-Based Competition
- Turbo Trophy challenges are designed as skill-based competitions. Outcomes depend on player performance under published rules, not chance.
- Tickets are digital access units used to enter challenges. They are not wagers, deposits, or a banking product.
2. Transparency and Equal Conditions
We aim to ensure that:
- each challenge clearly discloses entry cost, rules, scoring method, timing, and prize structure;
- the same challenge configuration (inputs, timers, difficulty parameters) applies consistently to all participants during a given challenge period;
- tie-break logic is published (default: higher score wins; if tied, the earliest valid submission wins unless otherwise stated); and
- leaderboards show validated results only.
3. Validation and Integrity Review
We use a combination of automated and manual controls to protect integrity, including:
- server-side checks and consistency validation;
- anomaly detection and telemetry review;
- rate limiting and abuse prevention controls;
- audits for top placements and flagged runs; and
- enforcement of attempt limits, cooldowns, start/end windows, and eligibility requirements.
4. Prohibited Conduct (Non-Exhaustive)
You must not attempt to gain an unfair advantage through:- bots, macros, scripted inputs, or automation (unless expressly permitted for accessibility and approved in writing);
- modified clients, memory editing, packet manipulation, or network tampering;
- exploiting bugs, bypassing limits, or reverse engineering integrity controls;
- collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated manipulation of rankings;
- multi-accounting, account sharing, or impersonation; or
- any conduct that undermines competitive fairness.
5. Enforcement Measures
When we detect or reasonably suspect unfair conduct, we may (subject to applicable law and our Terms):
- invalidate plays/entries and adjust leaderboards;
- disqualify users from a challenge or from prizes;
- suspend or terminate accounts;
- reverse tickets credited due to abuse where permitted; and
- report fraud patterns to payment partners and/or authorities where appropriate.
6. Tickets and Entry Fairness
- Entry costs are disclosed before entry and are deducted upon entry.
- If a challenge is cancelled by Turbo Trophy prior to completion/finalization, used tickets may be refunded or re-credited in accordance with the Refund Policy and applicable law.
- Cooldowns and max-attempt limits (where applied) exist to keep competition balanced and prevent spamming.
7. Disputes and Reporting
- If you believe there is a scoring error, suspected cheating, or an integrity issue, contact info@turbotrophy.com as soon as possible and ideally within 72 hours of the challenge ending.
- Provide relevant details (challenge identifier, approximate time, screenshots/logs if available).
- We will review reports in good faith and may request additional information.
- Final decisions are made in accordance with published rules, validation outcomes, and applicable law.
8. Changes
We may update this Fairness Policy to address new challenge formats, threat patterns, or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated through the Service where appropriate.
